## Monitoring seat

One seat covers one monitored Telegram group. Multiple monitoring rules on the same group share that seat, although each rule that invokes AI consumes credits independently.

### Monthly billing

- Price: 10 USDT per seat per month
- Payment: 10 USDT paid monthly
- Included usage: 2,000 AI credits per billing cycle
- Renewal: manual; Top Prospect does not renew or charge automatically

### Annual billing

- Price: 96 USDT per seat per year
- Effective monthly price: 8 USDT per month
- Payment: 96 USDT paid yearly
- Included usage: 2,000 AI credits per stated allowance cycle
- Allowance schedule: the public pricing copy does not specify whether this allowance refreshes monthly during an annual term; confirm the schedule shown at checkout or with support before purchasing
- Renewal: manual; Top Prospect does not renew or charge automatically

## Free trial

- Duration: 7 days
- Coverage: 1 monitored Telegram group
- Included usage: 3,000 trial credits
- Payment method: no wallet or payment method is required
- At the end of the trial: if no seat is purchased, monitoring pauses; existing Signals and summaries remain available subject to the current retention and deletion terms

## Optional credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Purchased credits do not expire, remain in the account after monitoring seats end, and are used only after included credits.

- 2,000 credits: 10 USDT one time (5.00 USDT per 1,000 credits)
- 10,000 credits: 45 USDT one time (4.50 USDT per 1,000 credits)
- 25,000 credits: 100 USDT one time (4.00 USDT per 1,000 credits)

Included credits reset at the end of their stated allowance cycle and do not roll over. For annual seats, confirm the allowance refresh schedule as noted above. Purchased credits do not expire.

## Payment and renewal

- Monitoring seats and credit packs are paid manually in USDT through a supported network shown at checkout.
- Network fees are paid by the customer's wallet.
- Top Prospect does not store a payment card and does not renew automatically.
- A customer can stop future seat charges by not placing a renewal order. Service remains available through the current paid period and then expires.

## Refund summary

- First monitoring-seat purchase: a customer may request a refund within 7 days after payment if less than 10% of the credits granted with that purchase have been used. This evaluation refund is available once per customer and does not apply to a later purchase or renewal.
- Credit pack: a customer may request a refund within 7 days only if none of the purchased credits have been used. A non-recoverable blockchain network fee may be deducted.
