The final page states where the discrepancy is reproducible, which source explanations remain possible, who confirms each migration object, and whether the team can sustain parallel validation. Candidate claims belong under “capability to verify,” not under “migration evidence.”

If those lines remain unresolved, approaching renewal increases diagnostic priority but does not create a switching window by itself. The growth and data teams still decide whether to start a project, stop validation, or continue with the current platform.
